Went down to get a car today and was really impressed by the polite and attentive salesman. Wanted something practical and sensible and was shown a lovely 1.6 Astra. The salesman went into detail about the different cars and options, and talked me through the advantages of this particular model and why it best met my needs. I've never felt so well assisted when buying a vehicle before. I can't recommend enough for reasonably priced cars with great staff

What a great company, I'm only giving a five because that's the most, I'd give them ten if I could.
I initially spoke to Jack about the Mazda 6 I was interested in & he was really helpful. I left a deposit & travelled up from North Devon on the Saturday & was greeted by Lawrence who was professional & courteous, showed me around the car, pointing out to main features & options.
He was there to greet me after I took the car for a test drive & we completed the paperwork, transferred the balance, he taxed it on my behalf & transferred the ownership.
Easiest car I've ever bought & by far the nicest, cleanest and blemish free for its age.
The drive back to Devon was full of stop/start bank holiday traffic but I didn't care one jot because I was enjoying every second of it.
I'd highly recommend them & specifically Lawrenze.
I'll always speak as I find and shout from the rooftops when I get good service. This is one of those occasions.

In My honest opinion Lawrence was great, he didn't push the sale the car spoke for itself.
I asked plenty of questions and he answered them all.
So yes I bought the car, the next day I received a text from Lawrence asking how the car was!
I mentioned a few little faults.
We arranged for him to repair the faults and credit where its due he did everything.

All the staff have been nothing but polite.

So far I've had to spend close to £500 on repairs oil cooler and heat shields...

The back suspension is still not right even after warranty work but hey ho it's out of warranty now!

Recently done a part ex towards a car they had in stock. Phoned in the morning and spoke to Jack, said I would been there in the afternoon and the car was ready to be viewed.
Plenty of cars to look at and staff are professional and polite. Cars were clean and maintained while sitting in the forecourt.
Gave a fair price on my old car and made a deal on my new car. Very accommodating as I needed time to return my car back to stock. Car was ready and waiting on the day I chose to arrive.
Paperwork was straight forward and they made it a breeze to get me on the road asap with my new car.
Nothing to complain about, car is amazing and definitely worth a look down there

Popped down on Saturday afternoon with some trepidation after reading a couple of dodgy google reviews, pleasantly surprised. The site has a decent collection of cars with some undercover - allowed to browse without any hassle. Arranged a test drive online, cancelled it and then reinstated it - all managed with great courtesy and professionalism even though I was a bit of a nightmare!!! Test drive was unhurried and was allowed to go out alone hence avoiding those awkward conversations you end up having with strangers! Going back to pick up the car today or tomorrow and will update further then. So far very impressed. Thank you guys.

Update - I've had the car almost 2 years now and it's been a dream!

We saw a lovely red Corsa on Autotrader as a first car for our son. We went to see the Corsa and see the range of cars for sale. We turned up on spec and although the Corsa was in the garage having its MOT, Lawrence went to the garage and picked it up for us to view and test drive the car. Laid down the make and specs of car that i wanted and lawrence duly spent the next month searching across the country for me.
After finding a couple of examples that met my spec he acquired them at his own cost and had them delivered to the premises. After agreeing on a vehicle setting out a service plan etc i changed my mind and bought an entriely different car altogether from a different dealer.
Called lawrence up and explained the situation, not only was there no issues with me changing my mind he didnt even ask for any payment for agreed works carried out that were supposed to be at my cost.
Cant thank the guys enough there for the hard work that they put in even if a sale didnt end up happening.

I don't like buying cars and I certainly don't like used car salesmen, until now.
I recently bought a car from UK Car Sales and I am very impressed. The vehicle was exactly as described online. There is one minor fault with the car, it's in the garage today being put right by UK car sales, simple as that.
Jack and Laurence were friendly, polite and attentive. No hard sell ! All in all a pleasurable experience.

Bought a car around two weeks ago. A different approach to car sales than I have been used to at main dealers, relaxed atmosphere, jeans and t-shirts, no pressure to buy and no hard sell. I was allowed to test drive the car as often as I wished and was also allowed to take the car for a once over at my own mechanic for peace of mind. Couldn't have asked for more as a customer. Great service!

Just wanted to say what a very positive experience I had while purchasing my Nissan Juke. Right from the first conversation over the phone Lawrence could not have been more helpful. I appreciated his laid back manner , none of this high pressure selling. The car was ready for us to view, have a test drive with paperwork all ready to just sign and drive away. I have bought a BMW 645ci from UK car sales, the service they have provided was unquestionable. specially when i had issues with the car they offered the refund or pay for repair which not many garages do at first contact. I would recommend their service highly to any one, there are 2 very good looking people JACK & Lawrence who would go out of the way to help you.
I am nearly finish with the work needed on the car but their contribution towards it was greatly appreciated.
I would say to all the people reading review is not many garages who provide you after sale facilities like UK car out there.
I would definitely go back and provide more custom to them and refer to my friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic, extremely nice staff - especially Jack. I purchased I Fiat Punto there, admittedly it had a problem with the starter motor and flywheel but it was replace straight away and they also put a new clutch in while they were at it. A few days before my warranty a wire had a close connection with the air conditioning and that was sorted out with 5 minutes of taking it up there. As with all used cars there is normally one or two problems but we were extremely impressed how quickly they felt with it with no questions asked. To top it off they were extremely reasonably priced (07" punto with 41,000 miles for £2,800). Would highly reccomened, admittedly the place is small but if you wish to see a car at the back they'll bring it to the front for you instantly.

I purchased a car from here a couple of months ago, and I can honestly say I'm more than happy with it! The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive and even suggested other cars for me to test drive. Some cars were parked right at the back of the garage but they were moved for me in no time, nothing was too much trouble! I'm quite short so have problems reaching the pedals in most cars, but the staff kindly offered to change the seats in my car, so that I could drive comfortably and most importantly safely (I've never been offered that service at any other car dealer before!!) I'll definitely be coming back as soon I'm ready for a new car again. Thank you UK Car sales :)
